This reversible silk/cotton kimono jacket is handmade from recycled vintage fabrics.
The rich patchwork combination of colours & patterns makes each piece unique.

The jacket is made from a vintage Kantha blanket. Kantha is a traditional hand embroidery technique from India where layers of old cotton fabrics – often worn saris – are stitched together with small, continuous stitches, giving existing fabrics a second life.

Because each fabric is different, each jacket is completely
one-of-a-kind. You can sometimes also find small traces of the past, such as subtle colour differences, extra stitching & small imperfections. That's precisely what gives each piece its unique charm.

Thanks to the reversible design, you can wear the jacket in two ways: colourful & subtle. Perfectly stylish to combine with a dress, blouse or T-shirt.
